Rachel Hall
Life Coach and Retreat Hostess
Rachel recently moved to Missouri with her husband and 5 children. Rachel found life coaching a few years ago and felt like it was the culminating tool that put everything she had been studying, researching and practicing for the last 15 years all together. Rachel has struggled with Celiac Disease and managing a new lifestyle and diet, as well as mild to severe depression most of her life. Coaching has been a way that she can share what she has learned and teach others how to cope and manage similar issues in their lives.
Katy Gille
Life Coach and Retreat Hostess
Katy is a certified Life Coach who is passionate about helping women achieve their goals through self-compassion and mindfulness. She received her Bachelors Degree in School Health Education and has worked as a teacher, college application coach, and stay at home mom. She and her husband live on a farm with their 3 children in South Carolina. She loves DIY projects and can often be found working with power tools around the farm.

Guest Presenters
Jackie Tingey
LCSWA, EMDR
Jackie has a Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina. She is a mom to 4 sweet boys (plus another on the way!) who keep her and her husband laughing and on their toes. She loves hint of lime tortilla chips and chocolate!
Lindsey Grom
PT, DPT
Lindsey has her B.A in Psychology and Public Health from Muhlenberg College in PA and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, 2016, from Franklin Pierce University in NH.
She has spent her post-school years taking classes and certifications surrounding Women's and Pelvic Health. She has a deep passion for educating the community around her from a holistic point since she herself has healed in many ways from this type of approach. She is married and has an almost 2.5 year old son, dog and cat children, and is currently pregnant and expecting their second child at the end of January.
Kaycie Foster
High Fitness Instructor
Kaycie Foster has a passion for helping others fall in love with exercise and use it as a way to love yourself, not to punish yourself. Her first fitness certification was in 2014 and she’s been adding to it ever since with her current teaching schedule including High Fitness, UpBeat Barre, and Bounce (trampolines). Kaycie has 3 children (9, 6, & 2) and loves reading with them, so being a Director with Usborne Books & More is a great fit for her life. She loves tacos, Disney, music, and helping her husband with his woodworking business!
